Welcome to our large detached home which is situated in the heart of Sidmouth. Quiet position at the end of a private, residential cul-de-sac which includes free parking. 2 minutes walk to the local bus route and shops, 7 minutes to the beach. Lovely first floor bedroom with single bed. Shared bathroom. There are essentials for cooking in the dining room, toaster, kettle, microwave, but no kitchen access.
