Myrsini’s Castle House is situated in the Byzantine Castle of Monemvasia, by the western walls. Built in the 18th century, it reached its current form in 1898. The two-story stone house is strategically located very close to the Castle Gate and the main commercial street of the Castle. Also, it offers great views to the sea, the Citadel and the Upper City. The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a 30 s.m. veranda with sea view.

Our house retains its privacy and serenity so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just a 3 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Pounta and Pavlopetri sunken city, as well as the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island. All the local shops and restaurants are right next to you. The Castle of Monemvasia, Castania’s Cave and the ferry boat to Kythera are all a 20 minute drive.

Η παραδοσιακή ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδυασμό με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία θα σας εξασφαλίσουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρια.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Milonas Guest House

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως το 2018. Αποτελείται από δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με καθιστικό. Επιπλέον διαθέτουμε και ένα παρκοκρέβατο.

Το κατάλυμά μας προσφέρει γαλήνη και επαφή με τη φύση, με τον ήχο των κυμάτων να συνοδεύουν τις μέρες και τις νύχτες των επισκεπτών, αφού η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 15 μέτρα από την είσοδο. Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.

It is just 4 kilometers from the town of Elafonisos and 4.5 kilometers from the beach of Simos. The perfect place for holidays and relaxation! Enjoy the magnificent sea view, swim in the enchanting bay with the clear blue waters, right in front of the house, observe the starry sky during the night.

Το κατάλυμα απέχει 500m από την κεντρική αγορά-παραλία της Νέαπολης. Στα 13 χλμ. βρίσκεται το λιμάνι της Πούντας απ’όπου, με το καραβάκι, μπορείτε να φτάσετε στην Ελαφόνησο, σε μόλις 15 λεπτά!! Στα 13 χλμ. βρίσκεται το Σπήλαιο της Καστανιάς ένα από τα πιό πολύχρωμα της Ευρώπης, καθώς και το Γεωπάρκο του Αγίου Νικολάου, με το απολιθωμένο δάσος, στα 16 χλμ. Έχει μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή με δικό του πάρκινγκ.

Πρόκειται για το παλιό μου πατρικό. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό και βαμμένο με ανοικτά χρώματα. Προσπαθώντας να διατηρήσω το παλιό του χαρακτήρα κράτησα κάποια έπιπλα-αντίκες, σερβίτσια ακόμα και ένα πολυέλαιο πάνω από το σαλονάκι των γονιών μου. Έχει στο πίσω μέρος του αυλή με κληματαριά και στο μπροστινό του μπαλκόνι υπέροχη θέα ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα.
