The room is self contained with its own entrance, within a Listed Georgian townhouse built in 1810 in a quiet residential street at the foot of the Historic New Town. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Spacious, self-contained annex near Edinburgh

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

The Edinburrow is in a Basement suite in the New Town City Centre of Edinburgh. Minutes walking distance to train, tram & all Edinburgh attractions. It offers your own private entrance & wee basement courtyard which leads down to a double bedroom, through to a hallway with a twin bedroom with 2 small doubles & a large bathroom. There is no kitchen but a small snug with chairs & table, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cups & glasses. Tea & coffee pods are provided.

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

Quite and safe neighbourhood, close to portobello beach and foot of aurter seat and close to city centre. 10 mintues to auther seat close to holylrood palace.
