Stay right on wonderful Pett Level Beach in one of the original Coastguard's cottages, with direct access from the garden straight onto the sand. Recently modernised, the cottage has a super stylish open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas and wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and sea view, the other can be made up either as a kingsize or as two single beds. Flexible space perfect for families or friends. Enjoy big skies and stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living room & kitchen and serene cliff greenery from the bedrooms. It is near all local attractions and under 20 minutes stroll to Hastings Old Town, situated between the heart of St Leonards & Hastings town centres. We welcome children aged 12+ and 'babes in arms'.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
