We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Outdoor sitting at Small table in the front garden & Adirondack chairs in the backyard. 1/2 block to the beach, kayak, fishing, boat launch, cafe & 2 restaurants.
