Fletchings Rest is a cosy rural retreat which sits in the grounds of our home. You will have the spacious open plan guest accommodation to yourself with private access and private patio, which has outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. The perfect place to escape busy lives and explore the beautiful countryside of Sussex, with great walks onto fields which is accessed from the property. 15 mins walk to The Griffin Pub in Fletching. 1m to Piltdown Golf C one of the top 50 valued Courses in the UK.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

This quaint, recently refurbished self-catered holiday home is hidden amongst the winding gardens of Salomons Estate. Relax and unwind in your own slice of rural paradise as you experience the estate’s fascinating history. Once belonging to the estate’s gardening staff in 1890, Rose has been beautifully restored to reflect its unique history. Enjoy original features, lots of light and historical charm all topped with heaps of modern comfort.

2 bedroom detached Annex with secure off-road parking in the Surrey Hills AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), yet close to the M25. 10min walk to Godstone village and its gastropubs/cafes. 15min drive to Gatwick airport. A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
