Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Chic Country Barn w/Hot Tub & Fire Pit- Sleeps 8

The Main Barn is a four bedroom property with underfloor heating and a spectacular mezzanine floor. Outside there is a private garden area with a six person hot tub alongside a fire pit. Inside, the open plan kitchen-dining area has a log burner, feature TV wall, flower wall and a spiral staircase leading up to the mezzanine which has an additional seating area and TV as well kids games corner. The development of the project started in October 2020 and was completed in March 2021.

It is above the garage block beside the owners' property situated on the first floor, accessed via its own front door. Durley is only 10 minutes from junction 7 of the M27, or 15 minutes from the M3 and a great central location situated roughly halfway between the cities of Southampton and Winchester yet only 30 minutes from the New Forest.
