Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

Quiet street to enjoy a morning or afternoon walk. It is a very short distance to the local grocery, Walgreens, restaurants, fitness, and shopping. It is a short 20 minute drive to Albert Ellis Airport, 13 minutes to ECU Health Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, and 18 minutes to the well known Mike's Farm!

There are two properties on this location. Both are rented separately. The Farmhouse & Guest house has beautiful views of crop lands & farm animals of Cedar Vines. It has separate parking & entry to its entrance. Enjoy the quiet lifestyle of country living.

Try your hand at fishing with the included Canoe or casually off the banks. Enjoy relaxing in nature by a cozy campfire. Let the sounds of frogs and crickets lull you to sleep as you relax and unplug. Shared 80 acre space with other campers. Note: Linens not included. Not secluded but spacious.
