Edinburgh city centre is as little as 25 minutes away by train. Situated on a quiet street in a Conservation Area between the High Street and the seafront, with parking place. The coast to coast John Muir Way is a short distance away. There are a number of famous golf courses, sandy beaches and tourist attractions nearby.

Pittenweem boasts the last working fishing harbour in the East Neuk with it's famous 117 mile long coastal path passing right through the village . Dog friendly restaurants , cafes, pubs and art galleries all on our doorstep. Lovely long beaches in St Andrews and Elie only short drive away. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.
