Huge outdoor undercover open fireplace adjacent to olympic size inground trampoline & outdoor in ground swimming pool - both with Otway views.

Surrounded by farm land the peace and tranquillity of the house can be enjoyed whilst watching the cows & horses graze in the paddocks close by. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.
