Our cabin is 26 sq2 fully insulated monoroom conversion . 1 Queen +2 Single beds. carpet, breakfast zone w fridge/freezer toaster,jug,microwave. 32'' TV <NZ stations, DVD player& DVD’s ,set of drawers. Table chairs inside & out. A semi closed cooking area in front of cabin w Hotplate + 1 gas ring . Extra cooking zone close by w BBQ + 2 Gas rings, pans,pot,utensils, sink H&C water. The guest shower/toilet is in our House it has a private Separate Entrance Parking is right in front of the cabin.

Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. Hihi Beach - Sunset on Peninsula Studio apartment

Ground floor studio apartment - below our home in the quaint village of Hihi beach. 10 minute drive to Mangonui. Opens to a lovely garden and street. The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Kitchen comprises of a table & chairs, electric frypan, hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea coffee etc. Bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment opens to a lovely deck with a BBQ, it's sunny and private. Great beaches, walks, parks, great fishing.

No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

Waitangi Self Contained Studio

Fully self contained, quiet and private yet located close to beach, boat ramp, supermarket and cafes. Newly built and cozy with plenty of outdoor flow. The shower although private it is outside. May not suit everyone. There are bikes and a touring kayak. At high tide there is access to the Waitangi river and plenty enough time to paddle to Haruru falls or Paihia and back.
