Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Gelegen naast het natuurreservaat 't Twiske, ideale plek om te varen, suppen, wandelen, fietsen. Fiets in 10 min naar A'dam Noord of in 30 min naar Centraal Station. Met het OV is het ook maar 20 min naar Centraal Station en binnen 30 min bij de RAI, of de sfeervolle Pijp met z'n vele terrasjes en het museumplein.

Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is gloednieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. De accommodatie is zeer compleet, met een moderne keuken vv magnetron, inductie kookplaat, koelkast, vaatwasser en flatscreen tv. Tevens kunt u gebruik maken van de eettafel met vier stoelen. Het appartement is gelegen op de 1e etage en heeft twee slaapkamers met in elke slaapkamer een 2 persoons bed. In de kamer bevindt zich een bedbank die voor extra slaapruimte zorgt, eetkamertafel met zes stoelen en een flatscreen tv. In de doucheruimte kunt gebruik maken van de wasmachine en wasdroger.

Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
