The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Hello! We are Maria and George! Our house is new, huge and very comfortable. The house offers an incredible view of the Meteroa rocks. The city centre is within walking distance, just 4 minutes away. The train station is quite close to our home so we can pick you up and bring you to our house if you wish. We are pet friendly! Also we have parking space for up to 4 cars. A LIDL supermarket is about half a km from here. Look forward to meeting you!

Το σπίτι στο χωριό

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7 χλμ απο το κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων, στον δρόμο προς τα Ζαγοροχώρια. Είναι πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο της Ελεούσας. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος. Επίσης διαθέτει 2 θέσεις πάρκινγκ για τους επισκέπτες, μεγάλη αυλή και υπεροχη θέα με το βουνό Μιτσικέλι.

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Εγώ κι ο σύζυγός μου, μετά από 9 χρόνια εμπειρίας, έχοντας το Traditional Guesthouse, αποφασίσαμε το 2025, από μονοι μας, να ανακαινισουμε και να δώσουμε ξανά ζωη σ' ένα παλιό πετρινο σπίτι που ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα μας.
