Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά στη σκιά της Ακρόπολης και ακριβώς κάτω από τον Ιερό βράχο. Τα Αναφιώτικα είναι μια από τις παλιότερες γειτονιές της Αθήνας και κρατά ακόμα το χρώμα και τον χαρακτήρα που είχε από παλιά. Είναι περιοχή αμιγούς κατοικίας. Στην ταράτσα του όποιος καθίσει έχει την ευκαιρία να δει την Αθήνα από το ψηλότερο δυνατό σημείο και να αισθανθεί την θετική ενέργεια του μέρους το οποίο όχι τυχαία επέλεξαν οι αρχαίοι Έλληνες για να φτιάξουν ένα από τα επτά θαύματα του κόσμου!
