It's a 30-minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes to James Street with all the bars and restaurants and 5 minutes to Stockland's Shopping center. Our tranquil private property of 160 acres , surrounded by the canungra creek with historical homestead that sleeps 12 perfect for large groups and also couples. Knowing you are only a very short distance from cafes and local restaurants & many other scenic destinations. We are just a four kilometres from Canungra Valley Vineyard and also Sarabah Winery. We are also at bottom of O'Reillys and there famous Treetops Skywalk and a short drive to our beautiful Tamborine Mountain.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
