Guests are able to have privacy for relaxation and enjoy views of horses grazing and the comings and goings of the British wildlife. Just 4 minute drive to the market town of Bishops Waltham or you can join and follow the infamous Pilgrims Trail and walk there in just 30 minutes.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Pigsty

One bedroom cottage escape

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
