Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Casa Škitaconka - Family house

Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and create lasting memories, our house is waiting for you.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Villa Mareta , novaljaluxuryvillas

Located on the outskirts of Novalja, Villa Mareta offers its guests an escape from the hustle of everyday life. Surrounded only by untouched nature, this charming house gives you a feeling of being away from civilization, yet staying close to everything that Novalja has to offer. Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

A terrace 130 m2, shower, grill, dining place, sunbathing area... Facilities: a fan, an iron, a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, sat tv, radio -10 min to center of Mali Lošinj by walk -2 km to center of Veli Lošinj -beach 5 m

Charming little house "Belveder "

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu na kojoj se nalazi kamin na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je na javnoj površini ispred kuće. Dobrodošli!
