Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana

The Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana is an updated secluded cottage + separate apartment suite (cabana) located just 5 miles from town, set on a knoll overlooking natural prairie grass with woods and creek behind. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

Santa Fe Trail Lodge

If you are looking for a quiet getaway with the family or a hunting trip with friends, this is a perfect place. This spacious lodge has everything you need for a peaceful country stay. Surrounded by wooded scenery and undisturbed prairie outside Greensburg, Prairie Pines caters to those seeking serenity. The barn-style cabin, with a studio sleeping area downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, sets the tone for a farm stay. Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to see the cows; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. The Loft

The Loft is a cozy & modern house perfect for your stay! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code.

Grandpa’s Cabin @ Broken B Ranch

Grandpa’s Cabin is a great place to relax. Family friendly. Quite spot on the ranch. Enjoy nature with some amazing views. Go fishing and enjoy the pedal boat and kayak. Go for walks around the pond. Great place for you to relax and reset. This cabin and pond are very family and kid friendly. Ask me about extra space for friends and family.
