Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Villa ima prekrasan vrt te veliki travnjak za igru i zabavu (trampolin , nogometni golovi). Villa je pažljivo namještena , kvalitetnim namještajem te velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Tradicionalni i moderni elementi stapaju se tvoreći jednu zanimljivu cjelinu.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju u mirnom mjestu udaljenom 6 km od mora. Na raspolaganju vam je dvorište sa predivnim bazenom i vanjskim kaminom. Uz osnovni objekat nalazi se i pomoćni objekat sa ognjištem i mjestom za zabavu (biljarski stol i stol za stolni nogomet). U osnovnom objektu nalaze se tri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, velika dnevna soba i kuhinja. Na raspolaganju su i dvije uređene natkrivene terase.
