Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

The Croton House

Relax and enjoy all the Croton area has to offer. Whether you are a mountain bike enthusiast ready to take on the Dragon, a fisherman, kayaker or river rafter, we are within minutes of each. We are also close to sections of the North Country Trail. Located on Croton Pond, we have a private dock you can fish or swim from or use it to tie up your own boat. You'll be a short walk from two restaurant/bars, a grocery store, bait shops and gas stations.

This newly renovated waterfront cottage has 150 feet of water frontage and plenty of dock space for parking your watercraft. Relax on the wrap-around deck or the waterfront swing and enjoy the view of the river in all seasons. The cottage is fully furnished with 3 queen beds, LVP floors, laundry room, well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and fire pit/patio furniture. Added bonus…5 kayaks, 4 bikes, cornhole boards, and croquet are also available!
