Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

There is a large lounge/kitchen/diner with double bedroom and bathroom (ground floor-suitable for guests with limited mobility), twin bedroom and bathroom (lower ground floor). A 3rd single bed can be added for a fifth guest. Set in 54 acres of traditional farmland, there are stunning, scenic walks from the doorstep. Kendal, Bowness : 20 min drive. . 2 night minimum stay at weekends. Earlier check in is often possible.
