The East wing of Hylands, it is decorated in sympathy with Arts and Crafts principles. A place for rest and relaxation, where you can completely unwind. La'al Yam is 12 minutes walk from Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The local pub is a short stroll away down a country lane. Relax in comfortable surroundings, the downstairs bedrooms and upstairs lounge with log burner takes full advantage of the scenery. The mid-level kitchen dining area gives access to the garden & outdoor seating.
