More suitable for 1 to 2 guests, but happy to accommodate 4 "good" :) friends (bathroom access is thru the bedroom). 10 min to airport, 15 min to Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, 5 min to downtown Belmont bars, restaurants and shops; walk to park and boat landing.

Two bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus bedroom that has three twin beds. Our bathroom is a recently renovated tiled shower. No parties allowed on the premises.
