This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

Once you enter the property you are surrounded by tropical gardens leading you to the large 2 story house. There are two large private suites. Plenty of seating for you and your guests. French doors off the living room invite you to the large outdoor covered patio with wet bar and gas grill. Relax and enjoy the tropical gardens surrounding the private pool and sun deck.

This 3rd floor apartment is spacious and modern with a beach style. Each room has a mini-split air conditioner and a ceiling fan for cool, quiet living. The complete kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary amenities. For your peace of mind, the apartment has a small safe and a smoke/CO alarm installed. The outdoor space includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for renting.
