Modern, conveniently located 3 bedroom townhouse within short walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops, with easy access to Cape Woolamai surf beach and national park. The rest of what Phillip Island has to offer is a short drive away. The town house has a well equipped kitchen, lounge room and large dining area with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
