Unique & enchanting cave house

More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Fitness required

Located only a 45min drive from the coast in the picturesque village of Bargemon the light and airy apartment offers magnificent views across the hills, huge abundant garden, large pool and tennis court. The apartment itself has two private balconies, a large outdoor terrace, gas BBQ and fire place. The large bedroom has such exceptional views it was used in a French car advert in the nineties!

Sans vis-à-vis, et nichée au cœur de la nature, cette bastide plaira à ceux qui recherchent le calme et l'isolement; il s'agit d'une maison ancienne, avec son charme et ses contraintes. Cotignac est un village provençal réputé, à 1 heure d'Aix et de Marseille, des plages de la côte varoise ou de la côte bleue, et à 30 min. des gorges du Verdon et de ses lacs. English spoken.
