The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Updated Outer Banks beach cottage located in Corolla. Conveniently located a 2-3 minute walk from the ocean. Our cottage is perfect for families and friends. The upstairs has three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs is detached from the upstairs with a private entrance. This room is a bedroom/game room with a half bathroom. There is an outdoor shower located outside this room. We hope you make many wonderful memories at our cottage and want to return year after year.

This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
