There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

Our house is located on a tree-lined street in a residential area just a few blocks from the Cornell campus, restaurants, and a beautiful gorge walk to downtown. It is one mile from the Ithaca Commons and a short drive to Ithaca College. A covered front porch & a back deck provide great spaces for relaxing or socializing. (Please be mindful in a residential neighborhood : quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.) Children under age 18 are free. (3-night minimum for Cornell graduation)

The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex.
