Lovely Room w/ Sofa Bed in Beautiful Victorian

The house, built in 1897, is in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from North Berkeley BART station, .9 miles to northwest corner of campus, and close to restaurants, shops, and just about everything you need. Please don't make a reservation for someone else. Airbnb doesn't permit it, and it has caused problems when I've allowed it! I have cats, so if you don't like cats or are allergic to them, you won't be comfortable here.
