The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.

Musbury is found in East Devon and a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The barn is located at the foot of Musbury Castle and on the East Devon Way. The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen.
