Appartamento con 2 locali ed un bagno posto al secondo piano di una casa tipica italiana. Nella zona giorno si trova un divano letto con 2 piazze singole e la cucina completa di tutti gli accesori; nella camera c'è un letto matrimoniale (possibilità di lettino bebè). La casa ha due terrazzi(con un tavolino e sedie) da cui si vede il nostro bel lago. Casa dotata di climatizzatori. Wi-fi gratuito. La casa si trova lungo la Greenaway. Luogo ideale per visitare i posti più belli del lago di Como.

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

From here you can easily reach by car or public transport all best spots on Como lake. Ideal starting point for road or mountain bike tours.

FURNISHED STUDIO IN FRONT OF THE LAKE

La mia casa si trova direttamente sul lago , a pochi passi (10 metri)dalla fermata autobus; inoltre dalla casa inizia la passeggiata a lago che arriva alla vicina spiaggia pubblica, dove ci si può rilassare e fare i bagni. La passeggiata prosegue e costeggia tutto il paese. Dalla mia abitazione parte la Greenway, un percorso pedonale semplice da fare, da cui raggiungere i vari borghi della Tremezzina. Parcheggio riservato gratuito all'aperto (10 metri dalla mia casa).
