The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Intero piano superiore della Villa Padronale appena ristrutturata in stile tradizionale toscano.Gli alti soffitti con le travi a vista rendono il posto accogliente e perfetto per famiglie o gruppi di amici.Nella casa si trovano due grandi camini(in salotto e cucina)funzionali.Alloggio privato, non condiviso. La casa ha una ampia terrazza coperta,giardino con divani,bbq,firepit,parking privato. La piscina tra gli ulivi e i vigneti e' ideale per il relax ha un accesso privato alla zona condivisa

Apartment into Borgo Sicelle Residence, in Castellina inChianti area (between Florence, Siena, S.Gimignano). Two people. It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It's on the first floor. Outside, on the ground floor,there are shared tables. Pool heated up to25 degrees in Spring and Autumn In front of the property there is a restaurant (Osteria Uscio e Bottega), only for dinner, closed on Wed. There is no public transport to reach the property Car is required

Si tratta di un antico Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina. Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
