Newly refurbished 1st floor flat in the quaint Devon village of Stokeinteignhead, close to the popular seaside towns of Teignmouth, Shaldon & Torquay. A traditional exterior leads to a bright open plan living/ kitchen/dining area, with a spacious double bedroom, en suite bathroom and peaceful terrace for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun. Ideally suited to guests with dogs, bikes and hiking boots, with charming coves and beaches to explore along the SW Coastal Path under a mile away.

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

A stylish separate self contained barn/annexe. The Old Halfway Barn was once a livestock barn but now fully converted providing contemporary yet cosy accommodation. It is also conveniently located to explore the local English Riviera. The layout is open plan with a lounge and seating area, separate kitchen and shower room. The mezzanine holds a luxury king size bed for a relaxing night of sleep. Outside is a private patio dining area along with secure parking and sole use of the driveway.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Situated in the village of Trusham, a central spot for the beaches & Moors. The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Set at the end of a quiet lane, this 'chocolate box' cottage is situated in the rolling hills of South Devon, 1 mile from the River Teign, 3.5 miles from the coast and 7 miles from Dartmoor. Dating from 1672, the cottage has recently been renovated and offers a great base for bird-watching, hiking, cycling, kayaking, water skiing, playing golf or just relaxing.
