With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Brierley Bungalow is ideally situated approximately 1/2 mile from the beach and train station. Also 1/4 mile from the picturesque village of Cockington, with its lovely Country Park. Local pubs being The Drum at Cockington Village and Chelston Manor. The garden is enclosed. The area is very quiet At the front of the property is St. Matthews Field, ideal for dog walking. Many shops including Cafes, Post Office and the COOP supermarket are just down the hill, past St Matthews church.
