This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Situated half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast just 7 mins from the M1. Sirromet Winery just 10 mins drive. Easy access to Moreton Bay and the Bay Islands. Yet we are on a fully cleared, quiet acreage block which boasts beautiful gardens and a dam which is a haven for all birdlife including our pet geese - a bird watchers paradise. As our guests you are invited to stroll through our extensive gardens and if you wish sit around a large firepit with wood supplied from our property.

The Guest Suite is conveniently located in a quiet street in the prestigious Aquatic Paradise canal estate. It is only 400m to Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre or 800m to the train station. The Waterloo Bay foreshore with BBQ facilities and children’s playground is just 1km away. We enjoy the cool breezes. There are restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, ATMs, bars and a post office all within a 5 minute walk. Access to the main highways, airport and the Chandler sports centre is not far.

This apartment is 128 sq.m. It boasts a secluded balcony, complete with outdoor furniture to seat at least 8-10. It has (Premium) Foxtel, (high-speed) internet, luxurious furniture and everything else you might need. It is directly across the road from the train station/buses. It has additional convenience of wifi and Netflix, air conditioning an espresso machine and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. The studio is on an acre property with a swimming pool and gardens. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

There’s also a gym, Pilates, hair and beauty salons, petrol station with mechanic and dry cleaners.
