The Pond House Annexe

Self-contained with its own entrance, the Annexe forms part of the main house, situated 80 miles south west of London, in a quiet hamlet but very convenient for the A303. It is ideally located for an overnight stay for anyone travelling between London and the West Country. Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

A first floor annexe with separate and secure access through the backdoor of the main house via a separate internal staircase. The annex was built in 2019 and in excellent condition. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with kingsize bed, spacious living area with integrated kitchen and separate bathroom with bath and shower. The annex overlooks the garden and private drive in a beautiful and peaceful hamlet in the Hampshire countryside conveniently located a ten minute drive from Andover.
