Welcome to our quaint little hideout on beautiful City Island! We’re a semi-retired couple with two friendly dogs and an in-home crafting business, and we’re happy to share our comfortable space with guests who appreciate a peaceful, homey environment. We’ve kept our nightly rate lower because this is not an ideal spot for someone who plans to stay indoors all day — our two dogs do bark occasionally, and as semi-retired folks, you’ll often find us puttering around in the yard or crafting.

Inside, you’ll find a living room 2 twins sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom stocked with essentials shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels etc. Located 5 min from both Pelham and New Rochelle train stations, 35 minutes to NYC. You ‘ll be within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and a pharmacy, all in a safe neighborhood. 3rd floor apartment. We also have another unit located in the house, if you’re interested.
