The Zen Den is a new, boutique 1 bedroom walk-up apartment that has been intentionally designed to ensure all your creature comforts are met. Enjoy the rooftop deck amenities: workout, lounge/sun bathing, and BBQ / dining areas. Also enjoy 24-hr access to the backyard pool, onsite potable water, Starlink throughout the property, and being at the centre of it all - just a couple minute walk to dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as 5 min walk to the pristine 2-mile beach!

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Casa Arena is one of the bungalows on La Casa de la Estrella. It has one room, with one king size bed and a single sofa-bed. It also has its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area are located on a terrace and its equipped with all basics. We don´t have A/C however, there is a ceiling fan and a standing fan. You also have access to the common areas like the hamacas and livings on the main palapa terrace with views of the ocean and access to the beach.

Recently updated in 2023. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home! Everything you need is in walking distance, including the beach ( 4 minute walk), restaurants & bars, grocery stores, boutique shops, pharmacies, town square & more. Home has plenty of outdoor space (front patio & back terrace) to enjoy the beautiful weather of LDM. One of the rooms in main home is partitioned off with a room separator (no door).

Tiny Home -Nido- San Pancho

This beautiful designer tiny home sits in a quiet area behind the former golf course/horse field. Our casita comes with the basic necessities for you to spend a beautiful relaxing couple of days in the jungle, enjoying the benefits of indoor-outdoor living. Although it isn't too far from the main area of town having a car to get here is recommended. This casita sits in the same property as our main home, but it’s completely independent.
