The hosts Michael & Toby and their dog Heidi live in a barn conversion at 50m distance and can help with anything you may require during your stay. Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Our Shepherd’s Hut offers the perfect hideaway with hot tub. Nestled in an orchard, overlooking a private meadow, this hand-built hut combines rustic charm with modern comforts. This beautifully detailed hut offers an idyllic base for exploring the surrounding countryside, or simply unwinding in your own private space. A wood burning stove means it can be used all year round and has a bathroom & shower. Fire pit. The Hot tub is optional and is charged at £28 for two nights payable separately

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The attached cottage is set in 12 1/2 beautiful acres of peaceful Sussex countryside. There is a private drive with space for 2 vehicles. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large oak table. The cosy lounge has ample seating, including a sofa bed, wood burner and TV. There are two double bedrooms. It has a fenced garden with ample seating , a BBQ, and Hot Tub (seasonal charges apply). The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks.

Located in the north of Southwater, this high quality attached self-contained annex, offers a perfect stay for walkers, cyclists or anyone flying from Gatwick Airport. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a generous sized en-suite double bedroom and a spacious lounge/diner. A separate entrance with key safe and parking. Access to own outside space to the rear. A regular bus service serves Horsham and a mainline station serves Gatwick, London and the South coast.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
