The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

A home away from home

Ideal for someone on a work secondment or moving to London or a local who needs to move out whilst building work is being done at their house. It is my home that is lived in (has possessions) but due to the nature of my work I am sometimes away for periods of time. The flat is a 4 minute walk to Hainault station which is on the central line, taking you to Liverpool Street in 35 mins and oxford street (soho) in 45 minutes. There is a corner shop, co-op and Lidl all within an 8 minute walk.
