Sunny Side at Waterhouse is a beautiful farmhouse is located on our farm in West Dorset. Surrounded by fields and woodland. The property has a fenced garden. There are miles and miles of local footpaths to explore. The property is extremely spacious. Two large ensuite bedrooms upstairs. A king size bed in one and three singles or one double and single in the other. Downstairs has a cosy sitting room with a wood burner, open plan kitchen/dining room and utility room with clockroom.

A short walk away from the best beach in Dorset, Seatown and Golden Cap are ten minutes away by foot. Dogs are welcome in the cottage and at the local pubs. Wood burner for winter, garden for the summer and 1 off street parking space. Due to the convenient position of the cottage (in the centre of a popular village) it is possible to walk or take the bus to most of the local amenities. However, the road to the side of the cottage is a busy A road and can be noisy and hard to cross.
