The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

Cherry Hinton Hall, High Street (for local amenities) and pub are all within walking distance. The historic city centre is just a short bus ride away with a wealth of sights, restaurants and bars. Go punting, see the University colleges or wander through the old streets.

The studio flat is close to the Hospital, various language schools, Babraham Institute, Arm and 10 minutes by bus to the city centre. It is very comfortable and is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and bedding and has free wifi . It is in a really quiet neighbourhood, but still close to lots of amenities. The studio is suitable for single or double occupancy but unfortunately it is not suitable for children. It has its own private entrance and is completely self contained.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
