It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. EV charger - 22kW type 2 - available on request (extra charge for electricity used).

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea and coffee are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Studio @ Black Barn, Nr Petersfield.

Newly refurbished, ‘The Studio at Black Barn’ is an open plan self-contained private annexe with own parking right outside its own private entrance and garden. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a family home, surrounded by countryside near Petersfield. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults to indulge in a relaxing mini break; also ideal for a fleeting overnight work visit and take advantage of the superfast broadband to work from Black Barn.

Newly renovated apartment with copper bath and hot tub in a converted stable 3 miles from Winchester. An en-suite bunk room is available on request for an extra fee. The well-equipped kitchen has a table seating six, alongside a boot room/utility, and sitting room with flame effect fire. Guests have access to the owner’s pool (May to September) and tennis court. Private hot tub and fenced garden with outdoor furniture.

Very near to the river Arle with picturesque walks, ducks, swans and all within 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. Ideally situated for The Grange Festival opera Northington and the ancient city of Winchester.
