Perto tem o Golf da Aroeira. Na Fonte da Telha há bons restaurantes, bares, atividades naúticas e de mergulho e pesca de arte xávega. A Costa da Caparica fica a 10m e Lisboa a 20 m.

Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Golf&Beach Apartment w/ AirCo - Herdade da Aroeira

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED This charming seaside Cabana is located directly on Praia da Mata, one of the most beloved beaches of Lisbon's famous Costa da Caparica, a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach dotted with seafood restaurants, surf schools and candy-colored cottages. Nestled in the dunes, Cabana Branca is big enough for friends or families to share, a stone's throw from the ocean's edge yet completely hidden from tourists.
