A quiet farm nestled in the rural hinterlands of Mysore, offering the peace, calm and quiet that one often needs in order to rejuvenate. We are an organic farm aspiring to be 100% environmentally sustainable. Drop by to spend time by yourself reading all day, lounging and relaxing, or exploring the Bandipur Tiger Reserve or the Nugu Backwaters and Kabini which are all an hour away from our place. We are located 35 kms from Mysore and are easily accessible from the Mysore-Ooty national highway.

Banni Home, gracefully sits along the banks of the River Cauvery, is named after sacred Banni tree present in the heart of the property. In the local language Kannada, the word "Banni" means "Welcome," symbolizing the warmth and hospitality you’ll experience at this eco-minimalist stay. Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

The house offers stunning views from every room including the famous dolphin nose of Conoor. Amenities include: fully furnished house, breakfast, well equipped kitchen and plenty of parking space. You can also enjoy dining outdoors/indoors, go for a trek, a walk or just relax! If you get lucky, you can also spot wildlife!
