There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Glicine è un delizioso monolocale con cucina all'aperto situata su un terrazzo coperto che si affaccia su Capo Palinuro; il sedile in muratura, rivestito di cuscini, crea un piacevole angolo relax. La camera da letto, con un letto matrimoniale ed un lettino singolo, dispone di una moderna parete attrezzata con stand appendiabiti, cassetti, TV e climatizzatore. Graziosissima casetta indipendente con vista mare interamente rivestita con pietra locale. L’unita' di circa 25 metri quadri comprende una camera con letto matrimoniale, bagno e piccola cucina funzionale e luminosa, dotata di piastra a induzione, frigo, bollitore, microonde, tostapane, tavolino e due sedie.
