The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. Le Terrazze di Ciarìa SUDEST LIVING

La nostra è una casa sulla spiaggia a 150 metri puoi tuffarti in un mare cristallino e poi sdraiati al sole o riposare sotto la veranda del piano terra sempre ventilata. Un'atmosfera di pieno relax, il sole e il mare, i profumi, la sabbia e le sue dune dorate, la vegetazione mediterranea e il colore della pietra con cui sono costruite molte case ti faranno innamorare, come è successo a noi, della costa Iblea. A pochi km puoi visitare le cittadine barocche di Scicli, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla e Noto.

Casa Stella Celeste is situated in the quiet district of Cartellone, in the heart of Modica. It offers guests a spectacular view of the old town, opposite the baroque Saint George Cathedral. From Corso Umberto I, where you can park the car, you can only reach the house on feet by taking a narrow street and several flight of steps -as is the case with most accommodations in town- but it is definitely doable. We recommend you to travel with a LIGHT LUGGAGE ! GAY FRIENDLY. No children allowed.

We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Tancredi's seaside Home

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.
