High quality linens and towels Everything you need to a relaxing getaway PET FEE- we do allow you to bring a well mannered dog. Please clean up after them so we can continue to allow this. Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. We have enacted rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our renters safe and healthy.

Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

There is a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, large deck , wood floors and full bath. From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.
