The Everyday Farm Getaway

Unwind at this welcoming oasis surrounded by nature. This one bedroom 2nd floor apartment has views of the sunrise from the porch and the sunset from the bedroom. The cozy private space overlooks the property where deer, fox, and other wildlife roam and the host’s chickens, goats, cats, and dogs live. Creature comforts include a keurig, king bed, couch, kitchen table, WiFi, TV, and a deck. No parties, no gatherings of more than 2 people. NOTE: There are 2 flights of outdoor steps to enter.

Keymar Guest House

Escape to the country and enjoy the relaxation of scenic laid-back living. Our guest house is a private retreat attached to the main house on our 15 acre farmette. While the main house is over 100 years old, the guest house was added as an in-law suite in 2005. Enjoy the fresh indoor area, as well as the scenic outdoors with views of mountains, farms and open spaces. Centrally located to Frederick, Gettysburg and Westminster (30 minute drive) and Baltimore and Washington (60 minute drive).

Main Street - Completely Renovated 2nd Floor Apt.

This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was completely renovated in March, 2024. Great Main St. location makes it easy to enjoy shopping, restaurants, Westminster’s Farmers Market, theater, art galleries, and many other specialty boutiques! We are conveniently located and are approximately 35 miles from Baltimore, MD, 35 miles from York, PA & are mere minutes from McDaniel College. Please note, the building was built in 1860 therefore there a couple of areas that are limited in height.

Keymar Cottage

Stay in this stone rancher in beautiful rural Frederick County half an hour from historic Gettysburg and Frederick. The property is surrounded by fields on three sides with a great view of the mountains (unless the corn is too tall). Watch the sunrise from the front porch and sit on the back patio to watch the sunset. There is a two-car garage and a macadam driveway for parking. The six-tenths acre property includes a nice grassy lawn, trees and shrubbery and a picnic table on the patio.

This Old House

Come stay in an original Maryland farmhouse, circa 1880. You will have complete privacy in this spacious and beautiful upstairs apartment. There is a full kitchen, open and airy living room, bright sunny bedroom with a new bed and blackout shades, and a spectacular bathroom. Overnight EV charging is available by prior arrangement at $10 per night, on site. Located one half mile from the hospital, Carroll County Agricultural Center and the Farm Museum. On site host.

Pool is now open! Cozy, family-friendly farm stay with animals, a pool, and space to truly relax. Split-bedroom layout gives parents/ couples and kids their own privacy while still enjoying time together. Kids love watching the goats and chickens, and families enjoy a peaceful stay just minutes from local wineries and activities. This is a private lower-level suite with its own entrance, designed to feel open, cozy, and separate from the main home.

Rest and Recharge Retreat

We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Charlie's Country Cottage at Destiny Farm

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Family Reunions, Wedding guests, Friend Reunion are Welcome. Handicapped Accessible!!! Located on our family homestead of 40 acres. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings of the farm .The farm is home Rescue Horses, Miniature Goats, Chickens and Ducks and even The Three Amigo's (aka Peacocks) With a fire pit, grill and outdoor space.
