Introducing our brand new, semi-oceanfront house, complete with a PRIVATE POOL & HOT TUB on the upper deck under the stars. 1,500 sqft of outdoor deck space, two outdoor showers, outdoor swings and games, outdoor grill & solo fire pit, screened in outdoor lounge. Provided with every amenity you will need. 4x4 vehicle required to access the area.

The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.
